I earned my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (now, William James College). I have several years of clinical experience and have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings and with diverse populations, providing individual, couples, and family therapy along the way.
I currently see adult clients in individual therapy. In my work, I draw from multiple theoretical approaches, such as client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused, and will tailor my approach to your specific, unique needs.
I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for the therapeutic work to unfold. In that space, you can expect me to be curious, compassionate, and collaborative. I will ask questions in an effort to understand you and your experience better. I will treat you and your story with respect, kindness, and empathy. I will also seek your input and perspective as we work together to accomplish your therapy goals. I see you as the pioneer of your own path while I travel alongside you.
